Leon Jones

Leon commenced with Petuna in November 2015 as Human Resources Manager. He has an extensive background in human resources and people/business management, with more than 14 years’ experience in general human resource management and work place relations consultancy. Leon specialises in industrial relations, HR operational process and procedures, training, performance management and employee relations. An experienced people leader, Leon has managed several private sector divisions – with more than 15 direct reports – within companies in the training and labour hire sectors.
